My name is Brittany, and I am a life long lover of the German Shepherd Dog. Ever since I could walk and talk, I have been inspired and awestruck by everything about this amazing breed. I spent hours researching the health and temperament of the breed, watching YouTube videos of various dog sports, and patiently awaiting the day I could finally call a GSD my own.
After graduating college, my dreams finally started coming true. I was blessed with my number one, my best friend, my sidekick: Havok. He is everything I could ever want in a German Shepherd. He is loyal, hard working, motivated, driven, strong, gentle, and downright the handsomest dog I've ever seen. I began working on Havok's training at 8 weeks old. We had dreams of competing in Schutzhund (IPO/IGP), and joined our first club, where we dedicated just about every day to training. I learned so much from him along the way, and in October of 2018, after years of blood, sweat, and tears, we obtained our IPO3 title together. Havok is so much more than just a dog to me. Having him in my life has had an insanely positive impact on me in many ways.
My females have been extremely fun to raise as well. Both have competed in WCRL (visit www.rallydogs.com for more info), Happy Ratters (www.happyratters.com) and dock diving amongst their Schutzhund and PSA experiences. I am a firm believer that dogs do not live long enough, and therefore no matter how busy my schedule may be, I always put my dogs first. I can always make time to train, enter trials whether for titles or just for fun, and spend time with them. They are my entire world, and I could never thank them enough for the joy they bring me.
Every day I learn more and more about the German Shepherd Dog, and though each of my dogs is different in their own ways, I am extremely proud of all of their temperaments. I have worked for GSD breeders, in boarding kennels, assisted in the training and care of working police K9s, and experienced many GSD, good and bad, along the way. I am fortunate that each of my dogs is stable, friendly, driven, healthy, and confident.
My number one goal is to do my part in preserving the best characteristics of the German Shepherd Dog, while simultaneously breeding for good health, and sound temperaments.
Transparency is important to me, and it should be important to you as well when selecting a breeder for your next dog. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. I love to chat about dogs, especially my own!
